  • Once you've selected your ideal property, we secure your reservation and begin the formal booking process with all necessary documentation.

  • The downpayment should be around 20% of the project's value plus 4% DLD fee. This will get the unit in your name officially.

  • This is the official contract that states every detail of the transaction.

  • This is a pre-title deed received later, that can be used for the same purposes as a title deed, for example resell.

  • This is the main document needed, and it will be released when the building is ready.
